RETURNS

All sales made through this website are final. We do not accept returns. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. 

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Notwithstanding the forgoing, we will replace merchandise that is received in a damaged or defective condition, subject to the following conditions: 

1) Notice Requirement: You must notify us in writing at [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. 

2) Proof of Claim: Your notification must include clear photographic evidence of:

  • the damaged or defective item, and 
  • the packaging in which it was delivered. 

3) Eligibility: Claims submitted after the seven (7) day period, or without the required photographic documentation, will not be eligible for replacement.
